HB 1614 -- State Aid for Public Schools Co-Sponsors: Berkowitz, Fitzwater, Davis (122), Selby, Britt, Relford, McKenna, Abel, Black This bill removes the 5-year restriction on the use of a calculated levy by a school district and corrects an anomaly in the calculation of at-risk funding that currently prevents certain districts from realizing the benefit of an operating levy above $2.75.
