HB 1744 -- Speed Limits Sponsor: Seigfreid This bill reduces the uniform maximum speed limit from 70 miles per hour to 65 miles per hour. The fine for any person traveling more than 70 miles per hour will be $100 for each mile per hour over 70 miles per hour.
