HB 1758 -- Starting Age for Kindergarten

Sponsor:  Hegeman

This bill permits a child who has not reached admission age by
August 1 to be enrolled in kindergarten at the request of the
parents and the discretion of the school district, if it is
determined that the child is ready for kindergarten.
