HB 1790 -- County Employees' Retirement Fund

Sponsor: Gaskill

The County Employees' Retirement Fund before its revision in
1999 permitted employees to opt out of the fund. A waiting
period of 3 years to opt back in had previously been established
and was continued in effect for employees who had opted out.
This bill reduces the waiting period to one year.
