HB 1794 - County Law Enforcement Fund

This bill includes the donation to a county law enforcement fund
as a condition of probation that a court may order.  The bill
requires that an annual audit of the fund must be conducted by
the county or state auditor.  Expenditures from the fund must
have the approval of the majority of certain local officials.
