HB 1820 -- Undergraduate Scholarships

Co-Sponsors: Scott, Gross

Current law does not allow undergraduate scholarships through
the Higher Education Academic Scholarship Program ("Bright
Flight") to be used for a course of study leading to a degree in
theology or divinity. This bill removes this restriction.
