HB 1826 -- Trafficking in Aborted Human Fetal Parts

This bill makes it an infraction for abortion facilities to
transfer fetal parts without disclosing information about the
transfer to the Department of Health, including any valuable
consideration received.  Disclosure of the contents of the
transfer must also be made to a common carrier or delivery
service.  The bill makes exceptions for transfers of fetal
tissue samples for testing or for burial and cremation with no
valuable consideration provided.
