HB 1838 -- Traffic Regulations

Sponsor:  Hollingsworth

This bill prohibits any person from placing a motor vehicle on
any commuter parking lot for the purpose of displaying the
vehicle for sale.  Violation of this provision is a class C
misdemeanor.

The Highway Patrol or the Department of Transportation will have
the authority to tow any vehicle in violation.  The department
will be required to post all commuter parking lots with warnings
of the possibility of towing.
