HB 1850 -- Liquor Control

This bill prohibits the Supervisor of Liquor Control from
establishing any rule or regulation prohibiting any liquor
licensee or employee of a licensee from drinking in the
licensee's establishment or allowing an agent of the supervisor
to drink in a licensee's establishment while the agent is on
duty and not working undercover.
