HB 1851 -- Liquor Control

Co-Sponsors: Graham (24), Overschmidt, Dolan, Griesheimer

This bill prohibits state, county, or local law enforcement
agencies from using minors to enforce liquor control laws,
unless the law enforcement agency establishes standards for the
use of minors. The bill outlines the minimum standards agencies
must use. Copies of any agency's standards must be provided to
a liquor licensee when the licensee obtains or renews its liquor
license.
