This bill repeals expired sections of law relating to:

(1)  The Joint Committee on Career and Vocational Education in
St. Louis County that expires on June 30, 2000;

(2)  The Juvenile Court Personnel Advisory Commission that
expired on July 1, 1996;

(3)  Authorization of Cole County to use the building demolition
laws that expired on January 1, 1997;

(4)  The St. Louis Metropolitan Infrastructure and
Transportation Study Commission that expired on January 1, 1997;

(5)  Incorporation of certain tracts of land within 2
municipalities, including Eureka and Wildwood, that expires
March 1, 2000;

(6)  St. Louis firemen's retirement and relief systems that
expired January 1, 1995;

(7)  Sales tax authorization for capital improvements for
certain cities that expired on October 1, 1994;

(8)  Rulemaking procedures that expired on June 27, 1997;

(9)  Scope of the Coordinating Council for Health Education of
Missouri's Children and Adolescents that expired on December 31,
1989;

(10)  The Joint Committee on Health Care Policy and Planning
that expired on December 31, 1999;

(11)  Pilot projects for the employment of persons 55 years or
older as part-time case workers for the Division of Family
Services that expired on August 28, 1997;

(12)  Missouri Family Services Advisory Council that expired on
July 1, 1998;

(13)  Missouri Foster and Group Home Placement Task Force that
expired on January 1, 1998;

(14)  Pilot program for residential group homes for boys aged
between 7 and 17 with the Division of Youth Services that
expires on August 28, 2000;

(15)  State aid for maintenance for certain lake roads that
expired on January 1, 1995;

(16)  The Workers' Compensation Labor/Employer Advisory
Committee that expired on August 27, 1996;

(17)  Initiative or referendum petition for fire protection
district for the City of Chesterfield that expired on May 1,
1997;

(18)  The collection and distribution of court costs that
expires on July 1, 2000;

(19)  Required evidence showing training for peace offices
within one year of probationary appointment that expired on
August 28, 1995;

(20)  Department of Aging sections that were contingent on the
adoption of a proposed constitutional amendment creating the
Department of Aging which was not adopted on November 5, 1996;
and

(21)  Department of Economic Development programs that expired
July 1, 1995.
