HB 1864 -- Income Tax: Property Tax Credit Co-Sponsors: McClelland, Gibbons, Hartzler (124), Wright, Marble, Secrest, Hanaway This bill authorizes an individual income tax credit equal to 10% of real property taxes paid by a taxpayer on residential property which is the principal residence of the taxpayer. The bill will become effective January 1, 2001.
