HB 1871 -- Nursing Home License Fees

Sponsor:  Hendrickson

Under this bill, following every facility inspection throughout
the calendar year, the Division of Aging is required to reduce
by 50% the amount of the license fee for any nursing home found
to be in compliance with nursing home statutory requirements and
the division's standards related to these requirements.
