HB 1873 -- State School Aid

Sponsor:  Scheve

This bill requires that, when the foundation formula is fully
funded, the percentage increase in state school aid per pupil to
any district will be no less than the previous year's increase
in the guaranteed tax base.  In a year of less than full
funding, the amount per pupil would be no less than the previous
year's level.
