HB 1931 -- Water District Debt

Sponsor:  Hoppe

This bill makes all obligations of a water district part of the
district's financial obligations for the purposes of formation,
organization, annexation, detachment, or dissolution.  These
obligations must be considered as debt in the same manner as
general obligation bonds.
