INTRODUCED

HB 1949 -- Firearms Regulations for the City of St. Louis

Co-Sponsors:  Hilgemann, Auer, Ford, Gambaro, Shelton, Kennedy,
Carter, Boykins

Currently, counties, cities, towns, villages, municipalities,
and other political subdivisions are prohibited from adopting
ordinances or regulations concerning firearms which are not
consistent with Sections 571.010 to 571.070, RSMo, concerning
weapons offenses.  This bill exempts the City of St. Louis from
this prohibition.
