HB 1965 -- Branson Tourism Tax

Co-Sponsors:  Berkstresser, Robirds

This bill provides penalties for willfully failing to collect
and remit or for willingly or knowingly overcharging the Branson
tourism tax.  The penalty, in addition to other penalties
already in law, will be equal to the amount of tax not collected
or remitted, evaded, or overcharged.
