INTRODUCED

HB 1988 -- Labor Organizations for Certain Public Employees

Co-Sponsors:  Reynolds, Murray, Kissell, O'Connor, George,
Hickey, Green

Current law excepts police, state highway patrolmen, and
teachers of schools, colleges, and universities from the right
to form and join labor organizations.  This bill repeals that
exception.
