HB 2002 -- Fund Transfers for Certain School Districts

Sponsor:  Klindt

This bill permits certain school districts to make a one-time
transfer of funds from the incidental to the capital projects
fund, based on a percentage of the prior year's balance.  The
Tri-County School District is the only district known to meet
the description of eligible districts.
