HB 2023 -- Trespass on a School Bus

This bill creates the crime of trespass on a school bus, which
is a class B misdemeanor.  The crime is committed when a person
knowingly and unlawfully enters or operates a school bus.

The bill also requires school districts to establish and enforce
a student behavior policy for passenger conduct on the bus.  The
bill directs that all school buses have a sign or sticker on the
back providing a number that can be called to report unlawful or
dangerous behavior by the driver or passengers.
