HB 2034 -- Motor Vehicle Registration

Sponsor:  Barnett

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Revenue to
notify registered motor vehicle owners of the date of
reregistration at least 30 days before the beginning of the
registration period.  Under current law, the director may notify
within an appropriate period prior to reregistration.
