HB 2043 -- Pharmacists

This bill allows pharmacists to refuse to fill any prescriptions
which are contrary to their established policy or their moral,
ethical, or religious beliefs.  No cause of action can accrue
for such refusals.

The bill prohibits public or private entities from denying
employment to or discriminating against pharmacists on the
grounds that they refuse to fill certain prescriptions.
