HB 2064 -- Sales/Use Tax:  Exemption of Aviation Fuel for
Certain Airlines

This bill exempts from state and local sales and use taxes all
sales of aviation jet fuel to common carriers engaged in
interstate air transportation if the carrier is headquartered in
Missouri and operates a fleet of airplanes that transports 20 or
more passengers.

The bill also removes a limited sales and use tax exemption for
aviation fuel for certain common carriers.
