HB 2113 -- Public School Retirement System

Co-Sponsors:  Foster, Schwab, Richardson

This bill establishes that for purposes of adjustments to Social
Security disability benefits, any member of the Public School
Retirement System, teacher or nonteacher, who is receiving
disability benefits from the system and who is at least 55 years
old with 25 years of service, will be considered to be receiving
a normal retirement benefit.
