HB 2124 -- Income Tax: Federal Return Filing Requirements Sponsor: Gaskill This bill prohibits the Department of Revenue from requiring a taxpayer to make or file a federal income tax return to qualify for the senior citizens/disabled persons property tax credit, commonly known as "circuit breaker," or the pharmaceutical tax credit if the taxpayer is not required to file federal income tax return.
