HB 2130 -- Product Liability

This bill clarifies that the design, marketing, manufacture, or
sale of any lawful product is not an unreasonably dangerous
activity and does not constitute a nuisance per se.  The bill
prohibits the state and all political subdivisions from bringing
suit against any person or entity on these grounds.  The bill
does not affect any claim for negligent or defective design or
manufacture, or for breach of contract or warranty.
