HB 2154 -- Trusts for Disabled Beneficiaries

This bill provides that a discretionary trust for a disabled
individual is not liable to the state for aid or services to
that individual except to the extent that the trust property is
under the control of the individual.  Under the bill's
provisions, a trust created with the disabled individual's
property is liable to the state for reimbursement of Medicaid
and other expenditures made on behalf of the disabled individual.
