HB 2165 -- Conveyance of Property

This bill contains several provisions relating to the conveyance
of state property.  The bill:

(1)  Authorizes the Governor to convey certain property in Cole
County to Jefferson City for street right-of-way, utilities, and
sanitary lift station purposes;

(2)  Authorizes the Governor to sell, transfer, grant, and
convey certain property at the Church Farm Correctional Facility
to any person at public offering.  The Office of Administration
will have the property appraised and set the terms and
conditions of the sale.  All proceeds from the sale will be used
for construction or repair and maintenance of correctional
facilities;

(3)  Allows the Board of Governors of Southwest Missouri State
University to convey 2 tracts of land on the campus of the
university to the City of Springfield; and

(4)  Allows the Missouri National Guard and the City of Joplin
to convey certain property to each other.
