HB 2166 -- Conveyance of Property

This bill contains several provisions relating to the conveyance
of certain state property.  The bill:

(1)  Authorizes the Governor to convey approximately 3 acres
from the Mexico Veterans Home to the Mexico Optimist Club;

(2)  Allows for the conveyance of certain property utilized by
the Nevada Habilitation Center to the Nevada R-V School District;

(3)  Conveys certain property located in Buchanan County, used
by the Department of Public Safety, to the City of St. Joseph
and allows for the conveyance of property used by the Department
of Mental Health; and

(4)  Authorizes the Board of Regents of Missouri Western State
College to transfer land located in Buchanan County to the City
of St. Joseph and the State Highway Commission.

The bill contains an emergency clause and a reversionary clause
for certain sections.
