HB 2169 -- Theft of Methamphetamine Materials

Co-Sponsors:  Levin, O'Connor, Reynolds, Hickey, Hampton,
Kissell, Dolan, Crump, Richardson, Ross, Alter, Hosmer, Barnett,
Davis (63), Gambaro, Kreider

Currently, it is a class D felony to steal any material with a
value of less than $150 with the intent to manufacture
methamphetamine.  This bill increases the value of the materials
to less than $750.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
