HJR 71 -- General Assembly Sessions

Sponsor: Bartle

This proposed constitutional amendment shortens regular sessions
of the General Assembly by changing the starting date from the
first Wednesday after the first Monday in January to the first
Wednesday after the first Monday in February. Prefiling of
bills is changed from the first day of December to the first day
of January.

The Missouri Citizen's Commission on Compensation for Elected
