AN ACT

To amend chapter 195, RSMo, relating to drug regulations by adding thereto one new section relating to evidence of possession of a controlled substance.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 195, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 195.206, to read as follows:

195.206. For the purposes of this chapter, evidence that the defendant has consumed a controlled substance may be used to prove that the defendant possessed the controlled substance.
