AN ACT
Relating to the public display of the Ten Commandments.
Section 1. As a code of conduct promoting respect for our system of laws and the good of society and a declaration
of fundamental principals that are the cornerstones of a fair and just society, the public display of the Ten
Commandments in government offices, courthouses and public buildings, such as public schools, may be displayed
in public schools, and local school boards may endorse such displays.
