AN ACT
To amend chapter 304, RSMo, relating to traffic regulation by adding thereto one new section relating to unlawful crossing of the median, with penalty provisions.
Section A. Chapter 304, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 304.346, to read as follows:
304.346. 1. No person shall cross the median of an interstate highway in a motor vehicle except at a place specifically designated for such crossing.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of this section is guilty of an infraction and may be fined up to one hundred dollars.
3. The provisions of this section shall not apply to emergency personnel.
