AN ACT
To amend chapter 208, RSMo, relating to public assistance by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.
Section A. Chapter 208, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 208.665, to read as follows:
208.665. 1. In every division office and any other location where applications for the MC+ program are taken, the division of family services shall post in a conspicuous place a legible sign stating: "WARNING: The children's health insurance program, also known as MC+, established pursuant to sections 208.631 to 208.657 will expire on July 1, 2002". The sign shall be at least two feet tall and three feet wide with bold lettering not less than one inch in height.
2. The division of family services shall include the July 1, 2002, expiration date for the children's health insurance
program established pursuant to sections 208.631 to 208.657 in all forms of advertisement for such
program.
