AN ACT

To amend chapter 192, RSMo, relating to the department of health by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 192, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 192.081, to read as follows:

192.081. The department of health shall, by rule, adopt the federal Food and Drug Administrations Food Code of 1999. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this section shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to chapter 536, RSMo.
