AN ACT
To repeal section 67.210, RSMo Supp. 1999, relating to health insurance benefits, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the same subject.
Section A. Section 67.210, RSMo Supp. 1999, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 67.210, to read as follows:
67.210. Any political subdivision which provides or pays for health insurance benefits for its officers and employees may
also provide or pay for all or part of such benefits, as may be determined by the governing body of the political subdivision,
for the dependents of its officers and employees, and for retired employees and the dependents of deceased employees of
the political subdivision.
