AN ACT

Relating to religious and charitable organizations.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1. Religious or charitable organizations formed pursuant to chapter 355, RSMo, shall be considered community-based organizations for purposes of sections 208.750 to 208.775, RSMo.
