AN ACT
To amend chapter 226, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the Rosa Parks Highway.
Section A. Chapter 226, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 226.781, to read as follows:
226.781. The portion of interstate highway 55, one mile south of Lindbergh Boulevard to Butler Hill Road,
contained within a county of the first classification with a charter form of government having a population over
nine hundred thousand, shall be designated the "Rosa Parks Highway".
