AN ACT
To amend chapter 67, RSMo, relating to miscellaneous powers of political subdivisions by adding thereto one new section relating to liability of trustees of political subdivisions.
Section A. Chapter 67, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 67.140, to read as follows:
67.140. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any trustee of a political subdivision shall, in
any action against such trustee in his or her capacity as trustee, be personally liable only for actual malfeasance in
his or her duties as trustee.
