AN ACT

To amend chapter 82, RSMo, relating to constitutional charter cities by adding thereto one new section relating to consolidation of state authorized agencies for the city of St. Louis into one entity.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 82, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 82.820, to read as follows:

82.820. The governing body of any city not within a county may adopt a plan of consolidation of all organizations, entities, programs or other development functions that have been authorized by the laws of this state for such city.
