AN ACT
Relating to the licensure of day care programs affiliated with public schools.
Section 1. Any program providing child care to preschool age children that is located and operated on elementary
or secondary public school property shall comply with the child care licensure provisions in chapter 210, RSMo.
This section shall not apply to any extended day child care program pursuant to sections 167.290 to 167.310,
RSMo, or any head start programs pursuant to sections 660.650 to 660.657, RSMo.
