AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, relating to the establishment of the Veterans' Memorial Bridge by adding thereto one new section relating to the same subject.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.313, to read as follows:

227.313. The Route 364 bridge over the Missouri River which is located in both a county of the first classification having a charter form of government with a population of more than nine hundred thousand inhabitants and a county of the first classification having a charter form of government with a population of less than two hundred fifty thousand inhabitants shall be renamed the "Veterans' Memorial Bridge".
