HB 431 -- TEMPORARY LICENSES FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee
on Professional Registration and Licensing by a vote of 15 to 0.

This bill makes a technical change regarding temporary licenses
for military personnel involved in trauma training and disaster
response.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the bill fixes an error in the
statutes regarding military reservists.

Testifying for the bill was Representative Barry.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
