HB 1016 -- Psychologists

Sponsor:  Hoppe

This bill allows licensed psychologists to administer and
prescribe certain drugs and medications used in the treatment of
mental illness.  The State Committee of Psychology, the State
Board for Registration of the Healing Arts, and the State Board
of Pharmacy will jointly promulgate rules establishing a
formulary of drugs which may be administered and prescribed by
psychologists.
