HB 1027 -- Donation of Hancock Refunds

This bill requires the Department of Revenue to develop a
program that allows taxpayers who are scheduled to receive a
distribution of excess revenues pursuant to Article X of the
Missouri Constitution, commonly known as the Hancock Amendment,
to donate all or part of the refund to any state fund in the
treasury prior to receipt of the refund.
