HB 198 -- Bird Day

This bill declares March 21 as "Bird Day."  Public elementary
and secondary schools are requested to observe the day through
literary exercises; study and observance of birds; inclusion of
children's organizations in the school activities; and any other
method that the school board, administrators, or teachers in the
school or school district may choose.
