HB 238 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows any person who is a member or whose child is a
member of the Missouri 4-H to obtain a special license plate
bearing the image of the Missouri 4-H emblem and the words
"MISSOURI 4-H" in place of the words "SHOW-ME-STATE."  A $15 fee
will be required for the plate, with no additional fee for
personalization.
