HB 247 -- Early Voting Procedures

Co-Sponsors:  Seigfreid, Relford

This bill requires all election authorities to establish an
advance voting period for all elections.  The advance voting
period will begin on the third Monday before an election and end
on the Friday immediately before an election.  The election
authority must establish and post the hours, dates, and
locations for advance voting.
