HB 270 -- Governmental Meetings

Co-Sponsors:  Legan, Champion, Boucher, Smith, Farnen

This bill requires all votes taken during a meeting of a public
governmental body to be taken by roll call, except votes on
procedural or ministerial matters.  Under current law, a roll
call vote is only required during a closed meeting.
